In Russia, Man Bites Dog...

So, this is my first post. Welcome. This will be a place to make the time I waste on the internet worthwhile. I stumbled upon this little nugget of wisdom this morning, it's more than a little creepy. I not too long ago watched the film version of Mikhail Bulgakov's "Heart of a Dog," in my Soviet Cinema class. This video appears to show the science behind the story's symbolism. It seems that Soviet scientists treated the study of physiology a lot like a mechanic does car repair.
